The process before pressing the shutter is what motivates me.
My photographs are about how I visualize my subject and not necessarily what the truth is.
I started my photography journey in 2012 with a two-year photography course at Shari Academy, Mumbai. That experience helped me build a strong foundation and gave me the confidence to explore my own style.
After graduating, I felt a strong connection with fashion and portraiture. This led me to India’s leading photographer Suresh Natarajan, whom I assisted for 2 years, during which time I sharpened my skills and understood the industry better.
Since 2017, I’ve been working as an independent photographer. Over the years, I’ve had the chance to work with a variety of brands and projects including Grazia, Crocs, Mango, Gap, Marks & Spencer, Celio, Metro, Mochi, Platinum Days of Love, Filmfare, Netflix, Hotstar, Snickers, Sugar Cosmetics, and many others.
